I have always been passionate about complementary therapies, nutrition, exercise, and empowering people to take control of their health. I began practising yoga in my early twenties, which led me to leave my marketing job in London to work at a yoga retreat in Greece — the catalyst for my spiritual journey. During this time, I practised yoga and meditation twice daily, deepened my connection with nature, and developed a love of travel. I completed my Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training, Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage certification, Ayurvedic oil massage training, and Reiki Level 1, which strengthened my belief in the power of complementary therapies.
After extensive travel, and spending four years in the United States, I returned to England knowing I wanted to work with people in a healing capacity. I settled in Totnes and trained in Reflexology at the Devon School of Clinical Reflexology, becoming a fully insured member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR). Living in a conscious community that values health, the environment, and holistic living has been a true blessing.
I have completed many CPD courses, including Reflexology for Women's health, Acupressure, Tunings forks, Colour therapy, Acupressure Facial Therapy, baby Reflexology and a Post Natal Doula Course. I am currently training as an Integrated Health Coach, studying approaches that combine Functional Health Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, biohacking, and naturopathy to identify the root causes of disease and create personalised holistic treatment plans. In my spare time, I enjoy learning, wild swimming, strength training, yoga, being in nature, walking with my dog, spending time with animals, and being with my son.
