Who am I?
I take a comprehensive holistic approach to each client, taking care to learn about the many different aspects of your emotional and physical life in order to give you the best possible treatment. Together we can explore what the root causes of your imbalances are, and make suggested lifestyle and mindset changes to make lasting improvements. Often improving connectivity to self, nature and our community can have huge impact on overall health. Making these changes alongside regular reflexology treatments and support will help to accelerate your healing and improve general wellbeing.
Who and how can I help?
I help people of all ages. Whether you are experiencing challenges with hormones, sleep, grief, apathy, pregnancy, new motherhood, aches/pains, stress and overwhelm, or just need a place to unwind, I am here to offer a bespoke reflexology service that leaves you feeling rested, restored, and revitalised overall.
I also offer some mobile reflexology appointments for clients in Paignton, Torbay, Totnes, Dartington, Galmpton, and anywhere else in the Devon area that sits within a 10-mile radius of my practice. These will incur an additional charge depending on how much travel is involved. Feel free to give me a call or text on 07854559782. You can also send me an email to discuss. Or book here:
Practised for thousands of years, reflexology involves various massage techniques, and applying gentle but firm, intuitive pressure with fingers and thumbs to reflex points on your feet that link to various systems around the body via the nervous system. Manipulating these zones enables me to detect and address areas of blocked tension and imbalance throughout the body, leading to improved circulation, faster healing, and a wonderful feeling of relaxation. Reflexology has. very few contra-indications, is very gentle, ye powerful. I have clients of all ages from newborns, up to 104! Reflexology can benefit anyone who is feeling rundown, stressed out and overwhelmed, to those with more chronic illness and dis-ease. A one off session can reset your nervous system and help give you a good nights sleep, but the real benefits come from regular treatments. Consistency is the key for good results - just like implementing any healthy lifestyle change.

Ahead of our first session, I will email you a health questionnaire and ask you to fill it out and send back to me before the treatment, or we can fill it out together at the start of our session.
This form asks questions about your medical history, diet, lifestyle, and other areas that influence your health. We will then go through the form together when we meet in my log cabin, taking time to clarify the exact kind of reflexology you need. I then use soothing warm flannels with a home made rose water and witch-hazel spritz to cleanse the feet before beginning your relaxing treatment. I have a cozy heated blanket for winter days and warm towel to wrap the feet. I recommend a minimum of one hour hands-on treatment time, and allow at least 75 minutes which allows initial discussion, and glass of water at the end to transition into the rest of your day.
The entire first session lasts at least 75 minutes in total. A one-off session can be great for resetting the nervous system, but I highly recommend regular treatments to maximise the benefits. A bit like going to the gym, or eating a healthy meal - we need consistency to see real results. Book here

I have always been passionate about complementary therapies, nutrition, exercise, and empowering people to take control of their health. I began practising yoga in my early twenties, which led me to leave my marketing job in London to work at a yoga retreat in Greece — the catalyst for my spiritual journey.
During this time, I practised yoga and meditation twice daily, deepened my connection with nature, and developed a love of travel. I completed my Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training, Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage certification, Ayurvedic oil massage training, and Reiki Level 1, which strengthened my belief in the power of complementary therapies.
After spending four years in the United States, I returned to England knowing I wanted to work with people in a healing capacity. I settled in Totnes and trained in Reflexology at the Devon School of Clinical Reflexology, becoming a fully insured member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR). Living in a conscious community that values health, the environment, and holistic living has been a true blessing.
I have completed many CPD courses and am currently training as an Integrated Health Coach, studying approaches including Functional Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, biohacking, and naturopathy to identify the root causes of disease and create personalised holistic treatment plans. In my spare time, I enjoy learning, wild swimming, being in nature, walking with my dog, spending time with animals, and being with my son.
Please feel free to contact me if you would like to have a chat about any of the services I offer, or to ask about booking a session. Alternatively, you can call me on 07854559782.
